These are the dishes that our Executive Chef Andrew Sheridan created for The Great British Menu 2019. The brief this year was to create dishes to celebrate 50 years of British pop music. Andrew concentrated on his dishes in a personal way including drives home through the Welsh valleys to see his children, Archie, Darcie and Gracie.
